Go to Amazon$1,199.00 is its usual price.
The middle price across the 20 days we have watched it, counting the days a limited-time deal was running, was $1,199.95. Today's price is also the lowest we have recorded, so our record has nothing lower to wait for — but a price this close to the usual one is not a discount, whatever former price is printed beside it.
The lowest since September 25, when it cost $1,199.00.
This describes the prices we recorded. It is not a forecast of where this one goes next.

Apple last updated the iMac in October 2024, 24 months ago; its last 7 releases came about 18 months apart. That is already longer than its usual gap. Release dates from the MacRumors Buyer’s Guide.
