Prices are observations, not offers
Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon at the time of purchase will apply to the purchase of this product.
Each price on this site is a record of what we observed at the timestamp printed beside it. An Amazon price is never shown more than 24 hours after we retrieved it — the limit in Amazon’s licence — and past that we hide the number rather than show a stale one. Retailers change prices without notice and without telling us. The price shown by the retailer at checkout is the price that applies. We make no warranty that any price, discount, stock status or coupon here is current at the moment you read it.
We are not the seller
BasketPrice sells nothing, ships nothing and takes no payment. Every purchase is a contract between you and the retailer, under their terms. Returns, refunds, warranties, cancellations, delivery and product safety are theirs to handle, and we have no authority over any of them.

Charts and floor badges are built from our own recorded observations, which begin on . They describe what we watched, not the complete history of a product, and they are not a prediction. A price at a ninety-day low can drop again the next morning. Use the record as information, not as advice.

Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Monaco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The 1980 UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Disputes go to the competent Tribunal de Première Instance de Monaco, unless a mandatory consumer-protection rule where you live gives you another court or another law — those rules keep applying to you.
Disputes
Write to [email protected] first, with what went wrong and what you want us to do. We answer within 30 days. We are not obliged to, and do not, take part in alternative dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
If you live in the United States
A dispute the informal step does not settle is brought in Monaco, unless a mandatory venue rule provides otherwise. You and we each waive any right to a jury trial, to the extent the law permits. No class, consolidated or representative actions: a dispute is brought by one person on their own behalf. If a court holds this paragraph unenforceable, the whole paragraph falls away and the rest of these terms stays in force.
