$1,646.25 is within $12.94 of every price we have recorded.

Across 10 days of record it has moved between $1,642.96 and $1,655.90. That is too narrow a range for today to be a good or a bad time to buy: waiting for the bottom of it would save $3.29.

Prices we recorded ourselves. Usual is the price on the typical day, with limited-time deals left out unless they ran on most of the days we recorded; Average is the mean of every recorded day, deals included, so a gap between the two columns is a record holding an outlier.

Every change we recorded at Amazon

Every row is a price we saw change. We write one only when a price actually moves, so a gap here means the price held.
