$39.99 is an ordinary price for this.

The lowest since September 18, when it cost $39.99.

The lowest, $33.99 on October 6, was a deal only Prime members could buy at. The lowest anyone could pay was $39.99.

This describes the prices we recorded. It is not a forecast of where this one goes next.

Prices we recorded ourselves. Usual is the price on the typical day, with limited-time deals left out unless they ran on most of the days we recorded; Average is the mean of every recorded day, deals included, so a gap between the two columns is a record holding an outlier.
